Founder, Nelevate Consulting

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in education and leadership, and I’ve seen firsthand how the way we lead, connect, and support one another shapes the culture around us.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with educators, leaders, and teams to strengthen relationships, grow leadership capacity, and build environments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

I founded Nelevate Consulting to share that experience with schools and organizations that want to lead with greater intention and create stronger, more people-centered cultures.
